We are arguing for a playoff system in college football rather than the current bowl system. We will be interviewing different Clemson students to get their opinion on the matter and also researching professional opinions. Members of the group: Chris Hickman, Chris Gagnon, Sarah Newport

I think this will be a very interesting topic. There is a lot of controversy surrounding the college bowl system and it shouldn't be hard to accumulate a lot of information against it.
I love your topic. The BCS ranking system relies heavily on the media, the coaches, and computers to determine what two teams play in the national championship; it simply does not work. Consider this: in 2000 the Texas Christian University Horned Frogs football team went undefeated, led the nation in defense, and was backed by star running back and Heisman trophy finalist LaDainian Tomlinson. But, at the seasons end they were ranked thirteenth in the country and were not considered for the national championship. I think you have a great topic and look forward to seeing it grow.
You guys have a great topic that many people will know a lot about and be interested in. There is so much controversy surrounding this topic that it will be easy to find sources and examples. good luck
This is a good controversial topic. You should be able to get a lot of feedback from people. There are a lot of examples to back up the justification for a playoff system.
This is a very interesting topic. You will be able to find a lot of information supporting your idea since the BCS ranking system is based on computers and coaches and it should not be that way. Teams should be fight to get to the top, a computer should not decide who plays for the national championship. You will find a lot of examples of why there needs to be playoffs from past seasons when the national championship games have been played by the teams that did not deserve to be in it. Good luck and I can't wait to see what you find and come up with.
I want to see the final argument to this topic, I know it will be very interesting. You could show how a playoff system will eliminate all the questions after the national championship about who is the real national champion. Because the championship game is sometimes a blowout and the 3rd ranked team have been able to play better than the team that lost.
I really don't know much about football, but I can tell that this is going to be an interesting topic. I can't wait for you presentation.
It is going to be hard to get a lot of information on this topic.
I think that it will be pretty easy to find critiques on the current setting. I would also like to see critiques for suggested solutions. There has to be a reason that a new program has not been implemented over all these years.
First off, I believe this is a very interesting topic. Most of your information is probably going to have to be just opinionated since there isn't a whole lot of facts that can be used to support the topic besides instances were two teams have had the same record and one went to the championship and the other did not. I am curious to what you will use for your multimedia to best support your argument.
This is usually a one sided arguement for college football fans, because a playoff system would be much more exciting. Schools with big football programs like clemson should be in favor of bowl games because it brings a lot more money towards the schools.
This is a great topic. There should be plenty of information in regards to your topic. The hard part will be finding the best alternative to the BCS system, because so many possibilities exist. Make sure to talk about why the BCS system was enacted, and how it has benefited football. If you can find a creative way to argue this, you should have a great project.
