Our topic is the legalization of cannabis. We will focus on the public's opinion, the government's opinion, and the history of the drug. We will interview a diverse group of people in order to determine the public's opinion. We will construct a video to argue for the legalization of cannabis.

I know that there was a big issue with the original way of outlawing weed, saying that in order to posses it you must have a stamp, but you couldnt get a stamp if you didnt already posses it, and i think that this would be a good thing to talk about if you choose to discuss that it is against the constitution to ban any drug.
There are a lot of medical reasons you could use to back your justification for the legalization of cannabis.
This is a great and controversial topic. Be sure to create a balanced argument of why the government has outlawed weed. It will probably not be hard to argue against their reason, and it will definately add strength to the argument.
This is a solid topic because its so controversial... Just try to avoid falling into the same bland arguments heard from both side.
This is a great topic. You can really do a lot with it cause I know a lot of people who smoke weed. If you talk about how it helps people in the hospital and other things you will have a very interesting project.
Weed also help people calm down. I know some people who are usually wild in school, but when they smoke weed, they are able to concentrate more and they are calm and relax.
I agree with what Chris said about using the same arguments that are always brought up with this topic. Try taking a new angle not often heard.
yea i think you should emphasize the medical issue and how people need it for those reasons, you could find examples of people who need weed because they have a fatal illness and its their only way to ease the pain
